Aviation Week has a limited number of discounted rooms for MRO Asia.   Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes, currently 9%.

Check in is 1400 hrs. Rooms required before 1400 hrs on the day of arrival on confirmed basis must be pre-blocked. An additional one (1) night room charge will be levied. Check-out is 1200 hrs. Use of rooms from 1200 hrs – 1800 hrs on the day of departure can be arranged at 50% off the negotiated rate. Use of rooms after 1800 hrs will be charged at the full night room rate. Late check-out is subject to availability

Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis or until October 06, 2017.

CANCELLATION  POLICY:

• Before 1 August 2024 No charge
• Between 2 – 6 August, 2024 01 night cancellation penalty charge
• 7 August 2024 onward: Entire duration as booked and confirmed will be charged.  Strictly no refund for cancellation on or after this cut-off date.

EARLY DEPARTURE/NO-SHOW POLICY:

For any shortening of stay after check-in, or in the event of no-show on actual arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire full length of stay as booked and confirmed.

For Double-occupancy, daily buffet Breakfast at Peppermint restaurant is chargeable at S$35.00++ per person per day if pre-arranged prior to arrival, subject to availability upon confirmation. Otherwise, Breakfast at Peppermint is chargeable at S$38.00++ per person per day, subject to availability upon confirmation.

Disinfection Fee

In the event that any guest tests positive for COVID-19, a disinfection fee of S$100.00++ will be imposed, per room. Should any extension of stay be required, the additional room nights will be charged accordingly.

Check in is 1500 hrs. Check-out is 1200 hrs   Early check-in/late check-out are subject to room's availability.   For confirmed early arrival, we propose a one (01) night chargeable pre-block prior to guest arrival date.  Guaranteed late check-out until 1800hrs will be chargeable at 50% of the quoted rate, subject to room's availability. Full rates will be charged for late check-outs after 1800hrs.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY/NO SHOW

The cost of 1 night's accommodation must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of booking.  For cancellation within thirty (30) days of arrival date, Hotel reserves the right to charge one night's cancellation charge to the credit card.  For cancellation within fourteen (14) days of arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge for the full length of stay to the credit card.   Should there be a 'No Show' for guaranteed reservations on date of arrival, a full duration room charge will be levied. Thereafter, the Hotel reserves the exclusive right to release and resell the rooms.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY/NO SHOW

The cost of 1 night's accommodation must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of reservation booking.  Should there be cancellation, the following payment will be chargeable.  Within thirty (30) days of arrival date, one night's room charge to the credit card for each room cancelled. For cancellation within seven (7) days of arrival date, 100% room revenue for each room cancelled will be charged to the credit card.   Should there be a 'No Show' for guaranteed reservations on date of arrival, a total room charge for entire stay will be imposed. Thereafter, the Hotel reserves the exclusive right to release and resell the rooms.
